At Obelisk Suites, we are sensitive to the current national and international conditions we are facing due to the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we want to ensure that all our guests are adequately informed about the preventing and protective measures taken inside our premises, which were implemented since the beginning of the pandemic.
Our most important concern is your health, integrity, and safety. Granted, we have been following the recommendations and instructions provided by the authorities. Then, we make sure that our customers of Obelisk Suites are promptly informed. All the while following all the hygiene measures, along with the highest cleanliness standards and sanitization procedures in order to ensure that when you stay with us, you can be confident that you are in a peaceful and safe place.
- 1. Our staff and associates are well informed of the protective and hygiene measures that must be followed according to our health and safety protocols.
- 2. Complete sanitization of our premises and facilities according to the protocols issued by the Health Department and the WHO.
- 3. Every area of our facilities has sanitizer at hand for members of our staff, guests, and providers.
- 4. We have improved the cleanness of our public areas and rooms with a high-quality product used by hospitals, namely, Disinfect All C – 100. This product is an organic sanitizer and disinfectant that kills all types of bacteria, fungus, algae, and viruses. Also, it is endorsed by the Mexican Health Department and Cofepris (Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks) under the Official Mexican Law Nom – 189- SSA1/SCFI – 2002.
- 5. All meals and drinks will be provided following the safety and hygiene standards set by the local authorities.
- 6. We follow daily cleaning protocols in all of our bedrooms by using sanitizer wipes and disinfectant sprays in every corner and edge of the room (door locks, TV remotes, shower pipes, door handles, hairdryers, irons, TVs, table’s surfaces, railings, phones, etc.). Besides, we do deep cleaning of mattresses and blankets with steam. All these cleaning protocols are performed by using gloves and constantly disinfecting vacuums and cleaning tools, as well as the different facilities in the bedrooms.
- 7. During your next stay with us, we will be providing you all the hygiene procedures according to the recommendations issued by the Health Department.
