Cancellation Policies:

High Season (March to November):

In cancellations received 5 days prior to the date of arrival, one night plus tax will be charged to credit card.

Low season (December to February):

In cancellations received 3 days prior to the date of arrival, one night plus tax will be charged to credit card.

No-shows and early departures:

Will be penalized with the total stay plus taxes. All penalties will be charged to the credit card left when confirming the reservation.
